I had the same experience. Focusing on building routines instead of chasing motivation made a huge difference for me.

For me it wasย 1984. It made me think much more critically about privacy, propaganda, and how information can shape public opinion.

Same here. Even though it was written decades ago, parts of it still feel surprisingly relevant.

Atomic Habits made me realize that small improvements add up over time. I used to think success came from motivation, but the book convinced me that systems matter much more than willpower.
